Laura Hunting - CEO & Executive Recruiter
Laura is a design and executive recruiting specialist and founder of Found By. Most recently, she led Design and Creative Recruiting at Airbnb where she helped scale the design organization from less than 60 people to 600 in over four years. Prior to Airbnb, she helped scale the design organization at Linkedin between 2012 - 2015 as a full cycle Design Recruiter. Throughout her career, she has successfully hired top talent at all levels, built and led high-performing recruiting teams, and consistently delivered quality results as a strategic partner to growing businesses. She’s known for her thoughtful approach in developing relationships and recruiting strategies that allow organizations to be more effective and diverse.
In her spare time, she enjoys life with her husband in the sunny East Bay. She can be regularly found gushing over interior design, enjoying a good glass of wine, and spending time with her family.

Chloe Harlig - Director, Executive Recruiter
Before joining Found By, Chloe was a Senior Design Recruiter at Squarespace, post series B to IPO, scaling the product design and creative orgs from 15 to 250 in four years, inclusive of executive and leadership roles. Previously, she was at Droga5 where she helped establish creative recruiting as a function and hired all levels of the creative/design teams in a hyper-growth agency environment. Chloe studied design in college and ultimately started her career as a designer before transitioning to focus on the people side of the industry – she is passionate about the intersection of design craft and talent.
Outside of work, Chloe can typically be found skiing and enjoying the outdoor playground that is Colorado.
