Prior to Airbnb, she helped scale the design organization at Linkedin between 2012 - 2015 as a full cycle Design Recruiter. Throughout her career, she has successfully hired top talent at all levels, built and led high-performing recruiting teams, and consistently delivered quality results as a strategic partner to growing businesses.
